FAQ's

Fairy Doors - How do I attach these to the wall?

There are a number of ways to attach your fairy door to your wall. You can use double sided sticky tape, adhesive, glue dots or Blu Tac . I personally prefer to use Blu Tac - It's widely available, easy to use and completely removable without damaging the wall.
**Wall fixing is not included**

Are fairy doors suitable for outside?

At present fairy doors are not weather proof and therefore only suitable for indoor use.

What is your refund policy?

If I have made a mistake with your order I will happily redo or refund you. Otherwise as stickers are made to order they can not be refunded.

Fairy Doors can be returned and refunding if you are not entirely happy, return postage to be paid for by buyer.

Colours

Please be aware that different monitors will display colours differently, and there is also variation in the printing of the same product at times.

Can you combine multiple orders?

Yes, and no. As a rule of thumb I do the orders as they come in and ship them that way too. That being said *IF* your orders are close together and on my same shipping run, I will combine and refund shipping overcharges.

At times, I may also upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to you.

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

I do make mistakes! If I've sent you the wrong sheet, or something hasn't cut properly, please contact me through Etsy convo, including details of the issue, with pictures too if you can, and we will sort it from there!

Can I pay later or have a payment plan?

Yes, we use the third party app Klarna, which allows you to split your payment into three payments or pay after you have received your order.

Who Pays For Customs Fees?

When a package is delivered internationally, it MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Sellers can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

BeingBethanyRose isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the website

How do I pay customs fees?
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.

Do you take my privacy seriously?

I do! I really do!

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a customisation, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

*as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
*when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list; (via Website)
*if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years. I hold no physical copy of your information, your details are solely on Etsy.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
*Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
